Bitcoin Bay was born as an initiative proposed by inbitcoin and Triveneto services but destined to be for the benefit of all operators and tourists in the area who decide to join the project. In 2016 inbitcoin thought about the Trentino Bitcoin Valley project where he imagined, and then realized, an entire community as a laboratory for the development of a new way of living money and its use.

Bitcoin Valley Trentino was a solid reality, now it's time to generate a new project starting from different needs. This is why, together with companies already active in the sector such as Triveneto Servizi, the project begins with Lignano: Bitcoin Bay.

Bitcoin Bay wants to create a new reality specifically linked to the maritime tourism sector. Bitcoin Bay will import the knowledge and technologies developed in the last years by the Bitcoin Valley project, implementing the mechanics in the area of ​​Lignano. Friuli Venezia Giulia is the second Italian region in which a real area is developing thanks to the Bcademy: Academy of cryptocurrency and Blockchain based technologies.
